Lovely Town watercolor & ink art print

All of the surface illustrations and designs on my ceramic pieces start as sketches on paper. Some of these drawings turn into longer sessions where I can explore an idea and create a whole series of paintings. I'm happy to be able to bring these to my Art Print Collection. Each Art Print is matted and signed, it includes a backing board and arrives in a clear cellophane bag. Easily fits into standard 11" x 14" frame (Michael's has a great selection of frames!)

‘Lovely Town’ is a love letter to my community, a celebration of our shared spaces and a reminder to take care of each other despite whatever differences separate us.

Many thanks to Broome County Artisan Gallery and jurors of the Members Show for giving my ‘Lovely Town’ an honorable mention award! This show ran for the month of December 2020, and was filled with incredible artwork made during the year of quarantine.

A larger version of the painting was recently sold to UHS/Wilson Hospital in Binghamton NY as part of their permanent collection, to be displayed in the new wing of the hospital opening in April 2024!

This makes a great gift for a neighbor, or a hostess gift!
