WinterBerry Stacked Sculptural Vase is my largest ceramic piece to date, built slowly and intentionally from multiple wheel-thrown sections stacked into a tall, playful silhouette. The surface is wrapped in my original WinterBerry pattern—handpainted and then carefully hand carved—so every leaf, branch, and berry has its own subtle rhythm and texture.
Soft washes of icy blue drift across a creamy white glaze, while pops of red berries and fresh green leaves bring a sense of quiet life to the surface, like finding color tucked into a winter landscape. The scalloped rim and foot adds a gentle quality, balancing structure with whimsy.
This vase is sculptural on its own, but truly comes alive when filled with branches or winter stems—inspiring a celebration of Winter, when things are resting, not gone. A statement piece that holds space, light, and the promise that more is growing beneath the surface.
This piece measures 12" tall x 9" wide with handles x 5" diameter.
