'Mom Brain no. 2' Original Watercolor & Gouache Painting, Framed
This painting is a love letter to my swirling thoughts. This is what I imagine my brain to look like when I am feeling stressed or frazzled. I love to paint when I feel this way, helps me to focus and process the emotions. I am grateful that I can turn to a creative outlet in these moments. (It's not just something that moms experience, but on this day I do remember feeling anxious about a kid-related issue!) I worked on this painting while at the Black Cat Gallery in Owego, see last photo for in progress pic!
This piece was professionally framed in a 1.5inch wide white frame with carved detail, matted in textured grass green mat. The actual art size is 8.5" x 11". The size of the frame is 14.5"x18"
