Handmade from white stoneware clay and thrown on the pottery wheel, this berry bowl is finished in a glossy robin's egg blue glaze that gives it a cheerful presence. A carved line pattern wraps around the exterior for added texture, while drainage holes in the base make it beautifully practical for everyday use.
This is one of my favorite functional pieces—I keep mine right on the countertop for rinsing grapes and berries, draining a can of beans, or even storing garlic so it stays dry and within reach. It’s a thoughtful and versatile gift for a bridal shower, housewarming, or anyone who loves useful handmade pottery.
Bowl is approximately 3” tall x 5” wide.
Glaze is food safe, ok to use in microwave or dishwasher. But to protect and maintain the finish/surface decoration, hand washing is best.
The photos of the item are an example of what you will receive, but will likely not be a photo of the exact item. I create the mugs in small batches and while I strive for consistency from each kiln load, I do appreciate the slight variations in handmade pieces and only list products that I am proud to present as my best work.
