Handmade from white stoneware clay and thrown on the pottery wheel, this petite cup features an original axolotl illustration drawn directly onto the surface and painted with soft underglaze colors. The inside is finished with a bright turquoise glaze that adds a cheerful pop when you peek inside. Its simple, sturdy form and rounded handle make it especially comfortable to hold.

Glaze is food safe, but to protect and maintain the finish/surface decoration, hand washing is best.
This listing is for one cup. The photos of the item are an example of what you will receive, but will likely not be a photo of the exact item. I make mugs in small batches of 4-6 (see the last photo). While I strive for consistency from each kiln load, I do appreciate the slight variations in handmade pieces and only list products that I am proud to present as my best work.
